this time Apsys became a leader in comercial estates branch.
Currently Apsys is a manager of 15 shopping centers with a total
surface area of approximately 800.000 m2 GLA, localized in major
cities of Poland, which means - over 1200 rental agreements.
Every year more than 80 milion of customers visit Apsys` centers.
Expansion of Wzgórze shopping center in Gdynia (opening in 2008)
and Łacina multifunctional center development in Poznań (opening
in 2010) are the next projects of Apsys.
